Is it really a good time to make the switch to digital TV?
I mean, we’re in the middle of a recession – people don’t have money right now. And now the federal government is asking people to sign up for some kind of cable/satellite service just to watch TV?
I’m fine with having limited channels. I don’t need a million different channels. But even with a converter box, people without cable or satellite service will be left with one channel in the Lebanon area.
Being a big sports fan, I’m going to be forced to sign up with Comcast in order to watch the games that are shown on CBS, ABC, NBC and FOX.
I saw the digital TV switch coming from a mile away because of the constant talk about it on almost every TV show.
Doesn’t mean I have to like it though.

Hey, you could do DirecTV instead of Comcast, you know…
