The Pittsburgh Steelers are hosting the Tennessee Titans to open the NFL season tonight, and it couldn’t come at a better time.

After the Direct TV debacle I finally resolved a couple months ago, I was left with four channels.

I understand that my options are limited, but you would think there would be something on TV that would at least slightly entertain me.

Wrong.

TV just isn’t what it used to be. There are way too many brutally boring and pointless reality shows. And to make it worse, there are knockoffs of reality shows!

And the obvious solution is to do something other than watch TV.

I’ll remember that next time. For now, it’s football season, baby!
